right when dot and dabbing guys,do you pva the wall first,or just add adesive straight onto wall,wall is just a painted plaster,with minor exposed plaster where paint as come off,thanks

I dont understand your question you are dot an dabbing what ? ........you mean dot an dabbing plasterboard to the wall ???

pva the wall first always, 1 part pva 5 parts water. Sometimes if theres a risk of damp, coming through, reduce the ratio and pva the wall again, and the back of the board too
