Double bathroon vanity unit

Hi all, I am redoing my central heating and bathroom at the moment.

I have a resin (faux marble) twin vanity unit, but it's old and could do with replacing.

The problem is that I want to keep the unit, and only replace the sink part, it is an all-in one unit, with the worktop and 2 dinks built in.

I have two problems - I can't find anything as a replacement easily... it has to be either mushroom or avocado, as I am not replacing the bath or shower tub.

I just need the top part of the vanity unit - the platform and sinks as a single lump of resin.

Are there any places online that specialise in this sort of thing?

have you thougt about kitchen worktop assuming i am guessing right
