Double socket removal

i did a search too..to learn a bit more..but couldn't get a result..
is there another term for this please.

Odd - I just ran this search:
and found 50 topics...

so did i...i got a different page to search with originally and didnt scroll down enough to see the sub headings..

Thanks for the tips, cables are crimped, wrapped in self amalgamating tape, capped, and the capping is earthed (bit of a pain this). I must confess it does seem overkill, but at least I can sleep easier now (just the other 1000 things to think about !!) Ta, for the advice.
