I need to wire a double switch.

I have COM L1 L2 at the top and COM L1 L2 at the bottom.

I have 3 cables to enter it, 1 is the feed, 2 is a set of lights and 3 is another set of lights.

All new cables, please advise on correct wiring.

Have another look at the switch. They are in sets of 3 laid out like triangles one next to the other. one is a V and the other is a ^

so you'll have L1 and L2
with under it the C

next to it there will be the C for the second switch
and under it there'll be L1 and L2 that belongs to it.

Connections:

feed live (brown) goes to one of the Cs with a link to the other C

Light 1 live will go to one of the L1s
Light 2 live will go to the other L1

Connect all of the three blues together with a piece of choc block

Connect all of the earths to the back box earth. If its a metal fitting connect a piece of sleeved wire from the earth conn on the switch plate also to the backbox earth.
