hi all, im going to attempt to change a single rad to a double only trouble is the double needs to be 20mm further away from the wall ie 60 mm instead of 40 mm ..the pipes come horizontly out of the wall to the valves there isnt enough room to extend them so is there a fitting i could use
the pipework is smaller than 10mm whats the next size down 8mm ? cheers P M

Push the nuts back into the wall (dig if required) and cut the olives and break them off. Then you can use solder fittings. 8mm ones are very short!
