Hi, can anybody help with some advice?

I want to fit 6 spotlights in loft ceiling. There is the black roofing felt then some foil insulation then i am fitting plasterboard to the ceiling. The void inbetween the plasterboard and felt is more than enough for ventilation but the felt gets covered in condensation. How do i get around this problem?

Thanks,

Gary.

By not fitting spotlights. Some situations you simply cannot fit them. And I was under the impression that a correctly fitted roof should not gather condensation anywhere.

Other alternatives are available. Such as spotlights on a little arm (yes you may bang your head on them, but at least you'll know! With recessed lights you wont know until they set your hair on fire!)

Is the loft to be an inhabitable space? If so, where is the insulation? (Foil does not count)
