Downlights - junction box or push connector?

I was going to use a small junction box for each of the downlights I'm going to use so that it will fit throught the hole - something like this: http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/ASJ501.html
but then I saw these push connector ones: http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/TLCT100C.html

Are they any good? Or should I stick with the junction box route?

Have done several downlights recently, and they came with j,b's attatched, makes life easy.

They both use SCREW terminals and do the same job.

The difference is that the second one (100C) allows you to easily unplug the transformer and lamp for testing etc/
