How 'well clipped' are they? |Are you sure you couldn't use the existing cables to pull through a new one?
What sort of distances are we talking about?
You probably think I'm just making things unnecessarily complicated but that's because, if it were me, I'd do anything I could to avoid having 'totally inaccessible' joints, even ones which were reg-compliant!
