The first one is just to join two cables the third is to join and serve a Luminaire.

Sorry I meant The Second Link has an ability for a third cable coming out to serve a Luminaire

The second one is smaller and can fit through a 2 inch downlight hole.

The wago light junction boxes are designed for wago 221 224 (260 294) push in connectors.

Ive used the junction boxes but with the 3way 221 connectors -its a bit cramped but works fine.

Having used them on downlighters I can understand why pro electricians like downlighters pre wired with spring loaded terminals.
