dpf filters

I have just bought a Suzuki Grand Vitara 1.9 diesel 2 yrs old and am having real problems with the dpf filter, has anyone any idea how many miles you can travel after clearing the filter by running it at higher speeds than normal before it comes back on again
Getting pretty desperate now I have only had the car 4 weeks and had to clear the filter at least a dozen times.
Does anyone know whether adding a cleaning agent to the fuel periodically will help or by using a better grade fuel ie; bp ultra

I would really appreciate any help .

Sorry for these harsh words but - take it back and get one with out DPF if possible! The technology is new and very problematic. There is no way I would part with cash for a car equipped with DPF.
