DPM Penetration

The attached pic is part of my drawing for a Stud wall (garage conversion) As you can see the DMP is placed on the concrete slab and placed under the 3 stud footing then lapped under the sole plate of the stud wall. To fix the footing to the concrete slab I was going to drill straight through the footing and bosh fixings in place through the timber/DPM/Concrete floor. Obviously this will penetrate the DPM but seeing as thought its lapped under the sole plate further up and so long as the sole plate and DPM underneath are not drilled I should be ok right?

Connectors and fixings frequently have to pass through a dpm layer and is a typical/normal procedure.
Thank god! I have already drilled it then panicked as building control are coming next week
