LG-F4J610WS has started to leak on spinning, after taking off the back I see it is coming from the small fliter drain hose at the bottom of the machine , now should be a relatively easy replacement but see that not only does this washing machine has a base floor but it's also connected to the drum. How do you get to access the hose/pump etc at the bottom of the machine without a major dismantling job.
Machine has about 4 month left of a 5 year warranty but don't think hoses come under that as it would be classed as wear and tear.

Thanks

Why would that come under wear and tear? I would get on the online Chat to them or give them a ring and find out.

I can't tell you how to get to it but hoses should last a lot longer than that so it can't be classed as wear and tear.

Managed to get it off cut it and rejoin it, just a temp fix until I get a replacement. Now does anyone have any idea what the hose is called, whenevr I search variations of drain hose it always comes up with the long grey hose

Thanks
