Drain size?

Quick drains question,
Current situation two 3 bed bungalows into shared manhole then 100mm pipe to main sewer.
Question, is it ok to put 2 more 2 bed bungalows into same manhole.

You could do.

But all new buildings normally require their own connection directly to the sewer - normally a condition of planning, building regs and the water authority.

As Woody says. Also if the sewer is combined soil and rainwater the council may insist on a soakaway for the rainwater.

Thanks for the replies everyone, I asked BC officer and "she" said no problem.
Surface water goes into soakaways on all four properties.
