I want to install aco drains or similar but have a soil stack pipe in the middle of the run

my problem is the channel runs from the new extension and the rain water pipe is at the far end of house and the soil stack pipe in bang in the middle (the council wont allow the rain water to link into the sewage waste)

any ideas or information would be appreciated.

Cut the aco either side of the stack and link the two section underground or step it around the stack
