Hi
I drained the tank in the attic, reason being I needed to work on the bathroom cold tap. Anyway, Ive let it refill, and now neither the bathroom cold tap nor the toilets are working.

I doubt its a blockage, although maybe gunk from the tank has blocked it.
Might also be an airlock?

Ideas?

Thanks!

Yeah gunk or an airlock, you'll need to find a way of forcing mains water back up the pipe via the affected tap, should clear it

Have you got a mixer tap (anywhere in the house)?

If so, you could open up your hot tap and put your hand over the spout and slowly open up the cold tap (keeping your hand tight over the spout) and let the cold mains backfill up the hot and therefore hopefully clearing any air/blockages.

My man! that worked like a dream. I held my hand over the tap for a while, heard ominous gurlges around the house and voila! The taps and loos started working :)
