Hi all,
I have a potterton house warmer back boiler, I drained the elson tank in the loft at the weekend as I was taking off 2 radiators down stairs.

When I refilled the tank I finnally got the radiadors to work but now have no hot water. as the tank is not heating up? I think this maybe an airlock in the pipe some where but how do you get rid of it??

Please help its driving nuts??

Try turning boiler stat up full with just the hot water on, it might shift it

I have been on trying this but the the fire turns off before any real heat comes through to the pipe? it did sound at 1st like it shifted I heard a rattle etc. Is there anything else I can try????
