Can anyone advise. I want to move a radiator in my bathroom which is fed by a Worcester 28si combi boiler. Where would I drain the radiator from? Would it be at the boiler or one of the radiators.

Thanks for any advice.

look on either of the two controls on said rad, is there a drain point there ?.

Alan.

No there isn't. I know to isolate the mains from the mains stop cock, but need to drain existing water within the radiators. I have checked all the rads and none have a drain valve.

I'm puzzled at the minute.

If you drain the whole system then you will lose protecting chemicals.

You should close all the radiators in the house using their valves, there is no point in draining these if you are only moving 1 rad.

If you're struggling to drain it then, isolate the rad and loosen the large nut on the valve and collect in pots/pans.

Now you can open one of these valves connect a hose over and let it flow out to garden.

hope that makes sense
