I need to drain the system on my BAXI 830 as my plumber has passed a pipe through the wrong side of a kitchen leg.

He has not fitted any drain valves on the radiators.

Does the BAXI 830 has a drain hose attachment?

This is the back of it.

Your second photo displays an MT cock. That white plastic fitting with a ribbed hose connection end is what you are looking for. However, do not drain anything unless you know exactly what is involved and how to isolate the unit.

Ok I see it’s got a black lever and when you turn it it does nothing. I presume you need a radiator key in order to drain it so you turn the black lever into on position and then you turn the little screw with the radiator key?

If you're cutting and moving pipework anyway, get a self cutting Washing Machine valve, fit that into a section you are going to replace and use it to drain the system. Then fit a Drain Off at a suitable point.

Do NOT assume anything where a gas appliance is concerned. If you are not 100% certain and a competent operative to work on a gas appliance, leave well alone and consult a competent and registered gas installer/service person.

It’s a combi, so just drain from the kitchen pipework and fit a drain cock whilst you’re at it.
