Hope this is the right section,
How much fall do I need from gulley to main drain on my property?waste from kitchen sink is all it will carry [gulley to drain is 10 m]

1:40 is minimum. i.e. 25cm over 10metres. (Assuming your using 110mm diameter pipes.)
