Hey , i been messing with it and messed up the times and heat setting's just moved in to the house and this was already in , so dont know much about them . How do i reset it to get it back to the manufacture settings thay already come set dont thay for roughly the right temp that u can ajust acordingly .

thanks for any help and time

But hurry lol

If you get confused and
would like to start the procedure from the beginning press the
SELECT and – buttons at the same time and hold for two
seconds. This resets the Digistat to the factory pre-set times
and temperatures.

Hey done this and it has gone to

6.30am 20c
8.30am 16c
4.30pm 21c
10.30pm 7c

But then it says on the lcd screen . 12.00 21c (which i am now guessing wikll be the actual room temp and time) . Pluss i got the switches turned on the boiler for on and it wont start up only when i press some buttons on the digistat

Thanks for any help . My first house i moved in to away from home lol aint good with these things

Well, would you like to say what boiler it is? Your method may be easier, but in that case, is the thermostat doing anything?

I am confused by the fact you say you have no SELECT and - button, look here as I see both buttons.

That was a bit of a quick edit, now it looks like I'm an idiot, answering questions that no longer exist.

Now you have to press the SET button to set the clock.

No u aint no ideot man . I edited it when i figured what botton was what . The things on the buttons are no longer there been rubbed off if you get me . The boiler is a Baxi Genesis . It was working when i turned the knob to the water and radiator logo and when it got to hot i turned the dial the oppisite way . Then seen this Digistat and upon pressing the buttons and gettin clock 1 up which was 6.30 clock 2 8.30 which are the pre-set default settings i thought the times were wrong . So put them all at the same times . The realised it was a program timer for the boiler . Now i can only get the boiler to work by pressing select and a little candle flame comes up on the digistat and then the boiler starts but not for long .

Sounds like someone has used it as a Gameboy instead of a thermostat.

As the boiler works only when you have the flame up, it's doing what it should. The thermostat is good at it's job, Just reset it and then set the clock, then leave it and see how things are for a day. You'll have to talk to the gas boys about the boiler, they'll be home soon.

Boiler queston now lol .

The power light , lights up green
the burner light tho lights up a orange type color . is this normal ?

ps says press reset button if it likes up a neon red color . does the orange color count for red ? But i think this is for the slame failure light

Any one ?

Can some one please help , the only way i can get the radiators on is by turning pressing select on the digistat and a little flame comes up . But it warms up and after 5 mins there is likt a click on the digistat and it goes off . The house is like ice i have wood up at one of the windows and new windows are getting fitted the house is freezing

I think you're exagerating, even outside the temperatures in most of the UK didn't drop to freezing last night.
