Dripping bath tap

Hi,

Bit of a long shot but can anyone identify the tap in the attached picture so I can work out what valve I need to buy for it? The hot side is constantly dripping. Took off the bath panel expecting to find an isolating screw thingy but Persimmon were evidently too stingy to fit one when they built the place 10 years ago.

They look like 1/4 turn ones. If you look at the picture you can see a little hole that will take a small allan key. If you undo that and lift the top of the tap cover off and take a picture that will help. Water does not need to be isolated doing this part regards david
