I have a dripping mixer tap. It's dripping from the top and base. Any idea how to remove the faucets so I can replace washers? Usually there is a hot and cold that pops off to unscrew. I have attached image. Thanks

There may be a grub screw holding it in place, whereas on some, the long stem handles unscrew.
