NEED SOME ADVICE ... HOT WATER TAP CONTINUALLY DRIPPING NOW A SLOW TRICKLE BUT HAVE TO TURN TAP VERY TIGHT. HAVE GAS C/H . MIXER TAP IN KITCHEN NEED TO KNOW HOW TO FIT NEW WASHER AND HOW TO DRAIN WATER PIPES AND THEN PUT BACK ON HELP!!!!!!!
