I don't have the tools to replace the taps unfortunately :/
If the seats are ok, yes, if not then nope the seats would need re-cut.
Can you post a pic of the washers that were originally replaced?

Beware those tap reviver kits- the one I bought relied on a very hard nylon hemisphere instead of a washer to do the sealing. Tap seat cutter for £5, new washers for coppers, off you go
The habit is also to screw the new tap down as far as the old one, which is what screws up the new washers really quickly. Seeing that the new washer is already looking a bit squished, then that may have already started. 
I must be honest, if I'm asked to replace washers in taps that I give it a service - strip down and cleaned/regreased - that ensures they are back to fully working order unless they're really worn. As part of that the seat is re-cut and then the new washer is added.

Tap re-seater/cutter, get one from SF/TS
If you look inside the tap body at the bottom you will see the ridge where the tap washer sits on. The cutter screws into the tap body and you then twist it and it re-cuts/flattens the seat to allow the washer to sit flat onto it.
If you look at the valve itself (headgear), there is a circlip, that pops off and then the main tap jumper and worm screw unscrews out of the bottom of the headgear (bottom of the tap body), the thread and o-ring(s) are then cleaned and check the whole thing for wear, if ok then a bit of silicone grease goes on to lubricate it all, then it's all re-inserted and the circlip re-attached.
TBH though if you're not sure about it, when it comes to these types of things, then it may be a little complicated for you.

If you've got the tools to fit tap revivers then you've got the tools to recut the tap seats. (apart from the seatcutter of course but that's a very easy tool to use).
You've already managad to get the tap bodies off to replace the washers. You now hav a decision to make;
1 Buy and fit reviver kit. Might/might not work (I had a problem with my bath taps and a reviver kit, there was only just enough travel on the reviver tap to properly close, girlfriend at the time tended to gorilla the taps off causing the wormscrew to drop out & uncontrolled hot water to fire out the tap.)
2 Buy tap seat cutter and some new washers. Recut tap seats. Fit new washers. Fettle tap bodies as described above (or don't if you don't want to/can't be bothered, its your house). Replace tap bodies.
