Driveway

Looking for some advice.

I built a house 5-6 years ago and have done nothing to the driveway only put kerbs in.

I am hoping to lay stone but looking to know what type to use and can you provide pictures if possible please.

Also the cost of a lorry load approx.

Any advice please

Do you mean gravel?

You need a sub-base of minimum 150mm then a top dressing of gravel between 30-50mm depending on stone size.

how big is it?

Decent looking gravel suitable for a driveway will be at least 35 quid a ton and that is based on a full 10 tipper load.
