If you ever see a Charcuterie board on the menu, give that a try.
it's more often offered as starter than a main meal.
It's a range of meats and sausages, usually accompanied with bread, and possibly dips.
If it's available as a main course it's accompanied with vegetables.

I've seen one served on a wooden column with various meats and sausages hanging from various hooks.
Needless to say, not a meal for a vegetarian.
 
Planches, had one in Dunkirk, was great.

The only difference is a planches includes other non-meat stuff. And a charcutierie has a wider variety of meats and sausages.

I agree "Planches" would be an excellent choice for Bod with his veggie children.

Am I the only one that doesn't habitually photogarph my food?
