I have four gables including the garage and the verges on two have been crumbling in recent times. One verge was repointed under the NHBC warranty about 2010 and looks OK so I was looking at the two remaining verges.

Would it be worth looking at a dry verge or just having them repointed? What would be a resonable price for just two dry verges fitted?
