Dual stop valve

Does anyone know if you can get a dual stop valve so you can fit a dishwasher and a washing machine to the same water pipe? If so where can I get them from?

Yes, it is a 'Y' connector, but only has one on/off tap. Most plumbers merchants/sheds will have them.
