Ducting Kit for Lamona Cooker Hood

Hi all

I am currently carrying out a kitchen renovation and have found that my current ducting has a crack in it, under the floorboards! I’m looking to renew this system, can anyone identify a good ducting kit for this appliance in the picture





The extractor is pretty much in the middle of the house, and runs up in to the loft

In the end I decided to use ducting tape to wrap around the gap, will this be okay?
