It will yellow if you use it inside a cupboard.
The UV light in sunlight prevents oil based paint from yellowing. The less sunlight, the more the paint will yellow.
The early reformulated 2010 VOC compliant Dulux gloss yellowed extremely quickly but they have improved it over the last couple of years. I would say that the current OB paints yellow at roughly the same rate than the pre 2010 ones. The paints are however still inferior in terms of application. Prior to 2010 I used to add Owatrol, now I add Owatrol, white spirit and Terebene.
