Has anyone seen this dulux trade before? I remember seeing it ten years ago but it’s for sale at Costco at £40

These days I buy the 7.5l vinyl for £25 which seems better value

Has anyone tried this tin before. Is it the same grade or strength

I would have thought this would have interested quite a few people but it looks like I am mistaken.

Is this old paint or preferred?

It says TRADE on the tub so should be the real gear. Overpriced for what it is though, Leyland trade vinyl matt is cheaper and just as good in my opinion.

It is old stock. The new tins have the new logos on them.

Probably nothing wrong with the paint but with VAT that would be £48, which is about £8/10 more than the going price.

TBH I too prefer the 7.5L tins, they are often sold at a discounted rate.

A lot of stuff at Costco is more expensive than the high street. Worthwhile having an account but I often find myself price checking as I walk around my local Costco.

Personally I am happy to use Leyland matt emulsion over new lining paper but I have had too many occasions, when changing wall colours, where the Leyland required two coats more than DT emulsion would have.

Wouldn't even consider using their oil based eggshell, it is like coloured water...

I find the opposite. Dulux vinyl matt colours are just about the worst covering vm out of all the trade paints. Their brilliant white is fine but the colours aren't. Can't understand you having problems with Leyland trade vm, I've never had to put more than two coats on, it covers really well. Can't speak for their oils as I haven't used them for about thirty years.

Cheers. It’s old paint which is what i thought. Strange as Costco don’t normally sell garbage

Have you looked at golden select laminate flooring from Costco ?
