Dumb question here, but the instructions everywhere are vague.
I need to seal some porcelain floor tiles according to the box. The sealant says how to apply, and don't forget the edges.
Do I however apply it to the polished top (of course), edges (of course), but what about the keyed underneath where is it in contact (final position) with the adhesive?
I think not, as the sealant would make the adhesive less effective (porous surface will become less porous). However, best to check before laying.
