Dummy dimmer switch module

About to install new GU10 leds and get rid of the current double dimmer switch.

I want to retain the current faceplate and just change the actual dimmer part on the back. Basically, I want the current twisty knob to just be an on/ off switch?

Any suggestions as to what to replace it with and where to buy it from?

Something like this?
