it was too complicated for the Tories to dream upI expect them to make a start by simply ordering the prisons to check the names of the prisoners they are releasing or do you think that too complicated an order to be passed down the line?

Its worse when an innocent child is murdered dont you think? What if it was an adult friend that was murdered, would you want to do the same thing to them? Or because they killed an adult would they get a more lenient type of punishment, 20 years and a kick in the nuts?
Well im the most normalarist on here...and where are these 'normal' posters that you speak of?
no normal mature adults realise capital punishment is not a solution, it is why civilised countries ended itNormal people do wish death in child murderers. Whatever method works is fine by me. The more painful the better.
what would your attitude be if your son was sentenced to death for murder then a few years later "whoops a daisy, it was somebody else"but I do wonder what their attitude would be if a child of theirs was murdered.

It was discussed last night on Debate Night (think Scottish Question Time)...
Someone on the panel asserted they shouldn't be housed in hotels or places likes barracks, inferring it's not morally right. However when the host asked 'where should they be housed then?' the panel member kind of fell silent i.e. no answer.
tbf, Splineless asked for quarters resembling the cave under the bridge where he used to live. They’ve made prisons too comfortable, look at what it’s like in Bodmin prison
