Dusk till dawn

I am currently wiring a big house and the client is a nightmare. Adding and changing everything.

I have wired his outside lights on there own MCB and a light switch as normal. But he has now decided he wants them on a dusk till dawn setting. Is there anyway without using single pirs or changing the lights themselves.

Is there a way of putting something onto the switch that restricts the flow until dusk
