Interesting? More like a minefield or a nightmare. If I have a guy working for me with a circular saw I must ensure that his dust extraction meets the regs or should the HSE arrival and fine him, I (as foreman and therefore the "responsible individual") can also be fined. Woderful! Only know of one example to date, first hand - the joiner got a £120 on the spot and the company got a £500 fine. Apparently that was the cost of doing the paperwork.
