Dying plant

Please help!

I have plant that is dying and just wanted to know if it could be revived, if possible.

I think i water the plant enough.

I don't know what the name of the plant is, though.

Not really a lot to go on there ! What symptoms does it show, where in the garden is it positioned, where in the country are you ? What kind of soil do you have ? Has it ever looked healty ? Most importantly you need to determine what kind of plant it is. A photo perhaps ?
