Father in law removed the radiator in his shower room and replaced it with a heated towel rail.

when i was replacing the floor boards, noticed the earth was laying gin the solemn, got it up through the heating pipe.

Whats best to connect it to, strip back the insulation on the heating pipe or can i attach it to the chromed towel rail leg?

What does that mean?

Anyway -
It depends. It's not just a question of "This is X therefore Y".

Is the new radiator just an electric one or is it still connected to the central heating as well?
If not still connected, where are the pipes?

Are all the circuits in the bath/shower room protected by an RCD?

that was spell checker for the spelling, it's the base material under the ground floor.

anyway,
the towel rail is off of the central heating and working, it's just the earth bond that needs connected, as there was an earth bond fitted to the bottom of the radiator that was taken out
