I am in the process of having a new consumer unit installed, when the electrician came to give me a quote, he said that the earth bonding cables from the meter earth bar ( one goes to the gas meter pipe, the other goes to the central heating and is interconnected to 4 pipes) are undersize.
They are currently 6mm but he says they should be 10mm. If they are undersize I will replace myself. Do they need upgrading to 10mm?
