Earth Provision - who's responsibility is it anyway??

Sparkybird - could you do me a *huge* favour and give me the contact number, if you still have it, for the technical department at EDF? I'm trying to sort out my earth and present and having spent 45mins last week trying to find someone willing to take responsibility for anything I gave up.

Ban - you're so funny you should be on the telly.....

Mike - I have a customer service department no 08457 673673. I also phoned the number that is on the back of my leccy bill.

There is an organisation called Energy Watch 0845 906 0708 who told me that it definately was EDF's responsibility to provide the earth, so you could always phone them/use them to help your case.

And by all means mention me ie a friend of mine recently got it put right etc
