Earth sleeve diameter

There are a few countries where the Earth conductor in "Twin and Earth" (etc.) TPS cables is already "insulated/sheathed", to the same standard as the Line and Neutral conductors - so "sleeving" of the Earth is unnecessary.
(The conductors (greater than 1 mm CSA] in TPS cables in these countries are also stranded, making their use much easier.)

Strange it is that more countries do not follow this practice, which is achieved in the countries concerned at a very small additional cost for the cable but which saves time when these cables are installed!

I.S. 201 cables are solid core upto and including 2.5mm^2
