Hi

You need to post in the electrical forum, not the plumbing one. I can't see how it can be a problem with your boiler bonding though.

Steve

if your rcd keeps tripping, you need a sparky and pronto.
do not fiddle with diy earthing and/or bonding as this can lead to a really seriously dangerous situation.

Hi Steve
Thank you
British Gas engineer said to me,
"because of there is no earth Strap clamped to copper pipes fitted to the BOILER and this Earth Strap clamp Not connected to main earth point at main fuse box"

Because of this supply tripes down and stop electric supply.
Do you think this is correct.

Electric supply to boiler is earth within THREE CORE CABLE 2.5MM diameter.

please let me know on reply of this e mail.
Kind regards

BG is way out.

If RCD is tripping there is a fault to earth from live or neutral. This fault would still be there if the pipes were earthed.

RCD trips on an imbalance in the current in the live and neutral.

Could be the fan or the pump as obvious starting points if it only trips when the boiler is going.
