Earthing small section of copper pipe

All pipes have been replaced with plastic pipes except a small 600mm section that links to the shower, this plugs in to speed fit pipe which is connected to the rest of the house.

Does this small section need earthing?

Not if the rest is all plastic, as theres no power going to get to that pipe needing bonding/earthed
