Easy to replace bricks within a brick Arch doorway lintel

I have a couple of bricks I'd like to replace within the brick arch over our front door. Is this easy? What's the best method and likely cost?

No its not easy at all and it would be something that i would avoid unless i was prepared to replace the whole arch.

Is it the cosmetic issues with the bricks you want to resolve?

Replace with what? You'll struggle to get anything to match, and the result will look 10x worse.

Otherwise, you'll need to make an arch centre and prop the whole lot up.

Yes cosmetic. Getting all new rendering, windows etc and that will stand out (to me!!)

I would put a nice light there - probably what was there before. Cement dye or brick dust for the smaller areas.
