Hi,
I have some effervescence marks on an external brick wall and an adjacent pillar - should I do anything about it? The pillar often has it but it's the first time I've noticed in on the wall. It's under the entrance canopy, but on the cusp of where the wall gets wet during wind and rain. There's no marks on the silicon at the top corner etc so I don't think it's water running down from above.
