Hi. As the title says my electric garage door is stuck closed. When i press the fob to open it the box in the garage makes 4 beeps. There are up and down buttons on the box and the same thing happens when i press those so its not the fob. The door is Teleco brand, not much on google, a manual but nothing about error codes. I have electric power working to the garage and that is working ok and the light on the box is working. Any advice?

Does the door seem free to move when you wind it by hand?
I've found this, it isn't for your Teleco, but it might help you to know what to look for:

i hadnt thought to try the manual winder and when i did the error light on the box disappeared and the door is currently working fine again! cheers
If it keeps happening I'd favour a mechanical problem rather than an electrical one.
