electric gate problem bft sub system

have a property with bft make sub system(underground) motors-also being hydraulic.
firstly are these a good bit of kit.
scondly how often should they be serviced/maintained

these operate 2 gates at the moment and the first gate doesnt travel all the way to its stop in the ground-its about 7 inches from this stop in the ground only being a piece of metal that it rests against but yet the second gate seems to travel all its way so they seem to sometimes jam.

i have topped up hydraulic system and bled but still the same..
any help much appreciated with this problem..

you have of course oiled / greased the hinges

they move freely when bypass the hydraulic via a rectangular key.
this was the first think i checked ...and also oiled the top hinge as a precaution anyway..
