Electric Oven and Hob

Can I wire in my eletric oven and hob into the same cooker point.

The cooker is rated at 40 amps and the hob 20 amps. I haven't installed the cooker point yet. Will I need two cooker points, or one that can handle them both, say 60 amps

if working from scratch i would advise use of two totally seperate cuircuits

although diversity is allowed for cookers most people here would advise full rated cooker cuircuits and installing a cuircuit with a rating over 45A or possiblly 50A is an extremely awkward buisness
