Hi Everyone,
I have a Aqualisa Quartz Electric Shower 8.5kW Chrome. The shower decided this morning to stop producing hot water which was very problematic to myself
The blue power light on the front still turns on and water is still at its usual power.
I couldn't open the front as i needed to get to work.
Are there many things that can go wrong on these showers that would cause this?
Can i fix it or am i looking at a new unit
Thanks.

Almost certainly this unit is not consuming the rated kw, which I recommend you check.

Hi both,

I decided to change the unit. It seemed the heating element may have been faulty. I was quoted £125 to fit so decided to do it myself inc drilling tiles and thanks to other posts was able to do it successfully and the new one works perfectly.
