When i was in the middle of the shower, the water pressure drop sharply all of sudden, and i saw lots of water come out from the other tube ( the one next to the shower head outlet, is it called " PRD"? ) . I thought the shower head is blocked, but i took the shower head off and turn the shower on. Water comes out from both tubes. What is the problem? How can i fix it? Please help.

The little tube at the back is connected to a pressure release valve.

The question you have to ask yourself before you go about replacing it is why and is it worth it or should I buy a new shower.

Why is that happening? What is the reason for it? Is it impossible to fix?

it may be that the shower if full of limescale, in general electric showers do not know what 6 years are.

also they are sealed units so you can not ger into them to "clean"
